This family friendly condo property is approximately 500 yards from the ocean directly on the beach and boardwalk. Jet Ski, scooter and parasailing equipment are available for rent across the street. Shopping and restaurants at John's Pass and Pirate's Square are less than one half mile away.

Cabana rentals are available on the beach, and the property offers a gulf front sundeck with a heated outdoor pool and accompanying spa tub. Beach volleyball, shuffleboard courts and a fitness room are also provided. Barbecue grills and picnic areas are available for outdoor dining. Guests receive one complimentary parking space per unit.
