A severe thunderstorm that gave areas of Polk County quarter sized hail collapsed upon itself and the rush of air from it arrived here just before 7 P.M.The TOB can be seen on the Ruskin WSR-88D radar as the semi-circular arch of low reflectivity returns expanding outward from the vicinity of Bartow Florida.
