| | | Location. Mariner East Condos is a gulf front resort positioned less than two miles from St. Andrews State Park and four miles from Shipwreck Island Water Park in Panama City Beach, Fla. Located on the east side of Thomas Drive, a hotel laden road following the coastline, this hotel is one half mile from seafood restaurants, bar and grills, and chain establishments.

Amenities at this family friendly, mid rise resort include an arrow shaped gulf front pool, heated in the spring and fall, and two tennis courts with a basketball hoop set up on one end. Dial up Internet access is available for a fee. A fitness center includes cardiovascular and weight training equipment, and the hotel's game room includes video games and a pool table.
