| | | Location. Legacy by the Sea is located beachfront, overlooking the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Fla. It is situated in the heart of Florida's Miracle Strip. Panama City Beach is known for its pristine white sand beaches and turquoise waters. Directly across from the resort are the Gulf World Marine Park and Laser Show, All American Diner and a shopping center. Within driving distance are amusement parks, miniature golf courses, souvenir shops, helicopter rides, sailboat rentals, professional 18 hole golf courses, sightseeing tours, two fishing piers and a variety of restaurants and nightclubs.
