The city of Estero Florida offers a variety of Estero Communities which are also called Estero Developments or neighborhoods. Many towns in Southwest Florida have more gated communities than general neighborhoods. Estero developers did this so that they could protect the property values and have control over what could be built in those Estero communities due to open zoning in the county. |
