Ocean - Information

The Earth is comprised of water and land. The world’s oceans make up over seventy percent of its make up. The ocean is an ecosystem vastly different than the ecosystem of land. This marvelous underwater wonderland and the activities the ocean topically enables a person to enjoy make the ocean a great draw for tourism. Oceanfront Hotels are the most sought after variety of accommodation. Key West Ocean surrounds many islands that make up the Florida Keys.  The tropical paradise that the Ocean around Key West provides is nothing short of extraordinary. Visitors who choose destinations for the oceans availability of activities generally take much into consideration. The climate and weather take a huge part of that role in the decision making process. Accommodations and the areas infrastructure are also important to consider. Some spectacular activities that the ocean provides include boating, Fishing, diving, and all forms of water sports. A huge chunk of ocean exploring is done by Cruise Ships. The ocean is the crater ships super highway. Goods can be freighted to all parts of the world in massive ships designed to withstand the angry seas and sail curtly threw the gentler ones. This form of export has changed the way the world’s economy functions. Sometimes the ocean has a voice. This is mostly evident with the drastically changing climate throughout the centuries and millennia. The underwater current or jet stream directly effects the way Alaska’s climate changes in the same way it affects the deep reaches of the Caribbean. Hurricanes, Tsunamis, and Rouge waves are all related to the voice of the ocean. It is amazing to realize that across the board the ocean with all of its wonders can be so adored and cherished. This is evident in the outlandish Real Estate prices of oceanfront property. Yet it is also so feared for its anger. It makes since that an entity with so much power not be taken lightly. Revered as the ocean should be the number one rule to live by is respect. When diving on the reefs, don’t touch the living fragile coral. When fishing on its waters don’t litter. If we take care of Mother Nature she will allow us to bask in her beauty.
